This document provides a history of notable changes to the AnalytiCall Portal platform. This document will be updated regularly.

NOTE: From v1.2.7 of the AnalytiCall Phone and 2.5.6 of the AnalytiCall Portal the changelogs for each have been separated.

New Features

    • Add ability to add/remove columns from reports: add the ability to add or remove columns from a given report. The CSV export will contain all columns.
    • Add native monitoring from Portal without need Bria: You can now monitor from the Portal without having to configure and use a separate phone, users now display when not logged into a campaign and admins can now more easily monitor calls.

  • Improvements

    • Improve handling of inactive agents

Bug Fixes

    • Fix pause after disposition sometimes not working
